Handled Personal Assistant charges $65 per hour with a 2-hour minimum ($130) for occasional help. Monthly retainers run from $550 for 10 hours ($55 per hour) to $1,800 for 40 hours ($45 per hour), and Executive & Family Full Coverage starts at $3,360 per month. Pricing is the same in every county Handled serves and was last reviewed in October 2026.

Handled offers four monthly retainer sizes: 10 hours for $550, 20 hours for $1,000, 30 hours for $1,440 and 40 hours for $1,800. Unused hours roll over for one month, and retainer clients get a priority response within 2 hours.

No. Handled Personal Assistant has no long-term contracts and no surprise fees. Occasional help is billed by card when you book, with no retainer. A monthly retainer can be ended with 30 days' notice.

Choose hourly help ($65 per hour) for one-off needs such as a move, a trip or a party. Choose a monthly retainer if you expect steady help each month: the hourly rate is lower ($45 to $55 depending on the size) and unused hours roll over for a month. Yes. If a Handled client referred you, you receive one free hour when you become a client. Handled clients who refer a friend receive 4 free hours after that friend spends over $100 with Handled, for up to 5 referrals; free hours expire 60 days after they are granted.
